GTCs
1 Booking and reservation
1.1 Bookings for the LÖFT event location are made in writing by e-mail. Inquiries can be made in person, by e-mail or by telephone.
1.2 The booking is only binding after confirmation by LÖFT with the signature of the event location and the signature of the tenant.
1.3 A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking.
1.4 Following the event, the final invoice will be issued with a payment term of 7 days.
2 Cancellation and changes
2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by the event location LÖFT.
2.2 If canceled up to 90 days before the date of the event, the deposit of 40% of the total amount will be retained, the remaining amount will be forfeited.
2.3 Cancellations up to 60 days before the event date shall incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the total amount.
2.4 Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of the event will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the total amount.
2.5 Changes to the date, time or type of event require the consent of LÖFT and may incur additional costs.
3 Use of the event location
3.1 The LÖFT may only be used for the agreed purpose and within the agreed times.
3.2 Any changes to the LÖFT or its equipment require the prior consent of the LÖFT.
3.3 The tenants are responsible for the proper use of the event location and are liable for any damage or loss.
3.4 The event location reserves the right to levy a fine if the tenants do not comply with the agreements on use.
4 Liability and insurance
4.1 The event location accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property during the use of the premises.
4.2 The tenants are obliged to take out appropriate liability insurance to cover any damage.
4.3 The event location is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings of guests or tenants.
5 Cleaning and return
5.1 The event location shall be handed over to the Hirer in a clean and orderly condition. The hirer is obliged to return the premises in the condition in which they were taken over.
5.2 If the event location is returned in a dirty or damaged condition, the event location reserves the right to charge cleaning or repair costs.
6 Miscellaneous
6.1 LÖFT reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings,
in particular in the event of a breach of these GTCs or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Should individual provisions of these GTCs be or become invalid, this shall not
this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.3 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
By booking the event location, the hirer agrees to these GTCs.
